The only reason they are subsidiary is because the company owns other companies, and to make them separate for tax and what not. All it means is "a company that's owned by another company". Erm,

- We didn't talk about any projects at all, let alone did I get any
- You told me no-one would pay my prices (ironic given you charge far more, and produce a far worse job)
