Exactly. They should inform their customers of any company changes.

You guys don't have to jump to any conclusions about brius being sold. I like how other members act like they have insider information and know everything that is going on. IF brius is sold I for sure will let you guys know everything I can...It's just a bit tough sometimes to run Brius by myself, I want to make sure that you guys are getting better care and support than I can offer as the sole owner.

Personally, I understand.
Business wise, its not very cool man. You should understand were your clients are coming from if they are confused or mad about not being informed about a possible sale etc. Know what I mean?
Nevertheless, good luck with whatever happens to Brius in the future.

There HAVEN'T been any changes. Jako hasn't sold Brius yet. Just because he's in the market to sell it, doesn't mean that he needs to notify all of his clients and cause some sort of chaos.
I'm sure that when he does find a suitable buyer, he will notify everyone. But as of now, there's no point to mass emailing something that hasn't, or may not even happen.

Don't pin point me out Bryan, I was just clearly stating that if a owner of any site is going to sell they should inform their customers, going to sell they should inform customers, its just nice to know, and if he's not selling then people should stop with the rumors.
Jako, what's happening? Just so people are set straight.

I actually feel informing customers that the company is "looking to sell" is bad business ethics, and bad for the company image, but being told the company has found a buyer and are in the middle of being sold is vital.

EHJamie - My reply was directly in response to your comment (which explains why I quoted it). There's no reason to feel threatened or take it personally.
