Opera Broswer -- Some Questions.
I recently switched to Opera as my default browser, and I want to know how to rearrange the toolbars and whatnot. (Mainly the Tabs to below the Address Bar.)

Right-click on any toolbar and select 'Customize'. You can rearrange everything.

You can't really rearrange everything, if the address bar and tabs are both on top, then it sets the tabs above the address bar. I can't seem to find a way to reorder the toolbars

In my experience, Opera is faster, safer and comes with a hell of a lot more features than the likes of Firefox and IE. Check some of the features out here:

I switched to opera because my Firefox is pretty much in the toilet. Every time I would visit Tucows, blank tabs would open uncontrollable until I shut down the browser. Opera doesn't.
