web development blog, and I would like to share some of the tips with you.
1. Business Cards
This is a no brainer. If you’re the type of person that meets your clients face to face, then a business card is a must. It’s the easiest way to trade contact information to your client. Make sure you put your website address on your business card and the probability of the person checking out your site is pretty high, they may even refer you to their friends through your website.
2. E-mail Signatures
If you’re the type of person that sends a lot of e-mails, then this is a great opportunity to link to your site. Most e-mail clients allow you to set a default signature, so use it! Always close your e-mails with a “Thanks” or “Sincerely”, followed by your name, position, and web address. This is what mine looks like:
