  Old  Anyone good at actionscript?

What i am trying to do is create a swf. which i have turned into a symbol and added this action script

{
getURL("http://www.google.co.uk","_self","POST");
}

I want it so that if i embed it to a web page, it automatically sends the viewer to Google instead. I want to see if i can use this as a redirect image.

Any ideas on why this wont work? It did hav on (release) at the start - but i didnt want people to have to click and release on the image.

Tell ya wa... if people understand what i have rote - you are a bunch of clever people, it even confuses me when i read it back.

Moved it to here, you should get a better response.

It could have also gone in the graphics and multimedia subforum, as that covers flash.

Are you putting the code on a Movie Clip? if so
Code:
onClipEvent(load)
{
	getURL("http://google.com", "_self", "POST");

}
