Old  Like a Wiki/CMS, but not?

I am chasing a Wiki/Portal/CMS kind of thing for a volunteer website. The purpose is to present information that can easily (WYSIWYG) be edited by registered members (who should only have to fill in a very short form to gain access). A comment feature after each article would be nice too.

I have tried a few wiki's but they are reluctant to incorporate a decent WYSIWYG editor due to the wiki markup and the wiki ideals. Something along the lines of a wiki though, that allows easy information editing and presentation.

Any ideas?

I'd look at use the core Version of Expression Engine, you can use the stand alone entry form to add entries and also commenting can be enabled.

I did this site using it and you can incorporate something like TinyMCE easily enough.
