Luv Worx Empire

I like this, it has all the elements to be strong but it needs some adjustments.

I think it would work a lot better if the text was aligned in the same way above. The part which says "Luv Worx" is offset which makes it a bit inconsistent with the part which says "Empire". Perhaps it would look better if everything sat neatly inside the circle you have? This way you could still have the buildings extending out over the top.

You could also try adjusting the colour of the hands as they seem a bit washed out.
