URGENT: Need simple web 2.0 design done

Hi, I'm in need of a simple web 2.0 design, and I will also need it to be:
- coded / valid
- css / tableless

Budget is mid-high $xx

I should be able to easily edit the header (PSD) and the image that goes under the "best seller" banner, and the "tell me more" button. If you can teach me how to edit the image that goes under the "best seller" banner, that would be great.

I pretty much want everything to be the same, same colors, etc. but would like the links on the right sidebar to stand out more, and also the menu title should be bigger aswell.

If you feel like making additions to the design (gradients, etc.) feel free - I just want the colors to be the same, and the design to be simple and clean web 2.0. I also want to keep the layout the same (product recommendation on top, content to the left, menu on right, etc.)
