It kinda looks impersonal and similar to those advertisement sites.

It still looks VERY good though. I don't really know what to improve though, the colours look good.

get rid of that green...it does not work at all...stick with a monochrome blue scheme with only one highlight colour...make your highlight colour not too saturated and overwhelming too.

I don't think you should get rid of the green, I think it looks REALLY good! Your style is great and I personally think this design does the job
