I have finally started losing weight. I started my own diet version after unsucessfully finding a trainer to help me. Everyone I called asked my age '18' and said I wouldn't be able to afford em. Like WTF how would you know.. -_-!
I was considering doing some liposuction as well, a friend of the family is a doctor and offered to do it for free (minus hosptial room costs). Which is like OMFG, but that seemed way too lazy.
So I have been running 2-4 miles every morning and night, been eating less (i analyze wether I am hungry or Bored (lol). This morning I woke up and could see a flat stomach

Plus, 2 different co-workers at two different times asked me if I had lost weight, which is a good sign. For breakfast I drink Jamba Juice with splenda (keeps me good till dinner), dinner I have soemthing with alot of vegetables but some meat / wheat bread.
We just got back from disneyland, where for the first time I worked out at a hotel's health spa. (and its amazing in there)..
Just though id rant cuase its been so long since I felt this: Healthy.
! Summer is here and that gives me an extra bit of time without school to workout more often.
