I am looking for someone to design and code a guild website for the game World of Warcraft. I need a website template along with a forum skin that I can use for my vBulletin. The name of the guild is "Maelstrom" which means "a large, powerful, or violent whirlpool" or "a restless, disordered, or tumultuous state of affairs".
I would need all icons on the forums to match the layout that will be designed. A bonus will be provided if you can design some matching emoticons too.
