Must sell ASAP - Great Designs and Wordpress Themes!

Hello everyone. I have a number of unused designs and themes that I am trying to get rid of ASAP to restore some dwindling funds. Some of these are re-listed items from a month and a half ago that haven't sold yet, so please help me out!

Item #1 - SpaceReserve [PSD only] - $45.00
The first item is an old hosting design I never did anything with. It's been listed on here before but has never sold. Package includes two fully layered PSD's -- one of the homepage, and one of a subpage. I do not currently have time to code this particular design.

Item #2 - Wordpress Product Template - NOW $125.00 OBO
This was a design I originally put together a refresh for my markettheme.com product homepage a few years ago after I had sold the venture. The new owner ended up sticking with the original design for Markettheme.com, and this fully coded theme and design remains unused. While it will require a few modifications on your part to meet your needs, it is still ready to use. Includes three fully layed PSD's and the Wordpress theme of the template.

Item 3 - Wordpress "Design Studio/Corporate" Theme - $300 OBO
This was a custom designed theme put together for a client a few months back for a design and advertising agency. The client originally asked for more time with his final payment (currently owes $400) because business was slow at the time. Because he was a returning client who I had worked with in the past I had no problem with it. That was nearly three months ago, and at last check (3 or 4 weeks ago) business was improving and he would be paying me soon. I simply do not have time to wait anymore.
