  Old  You need new CMS for satellites?

Hello!
Sorry for my bad English
I'm Mikhael Semikolenov, Serch Engines Optomizer from Russia. In my home i create many of satellites, and use for it the Zebrum Lite CMS. This CMS works without databases and require only php 5 for install. Base of it CMS is plain text files. For example it have syntaxis:
##Title of article
@@title=What contain HTML title tag
@@description=What contain META DESCRIPTION tag
and etc.
I create on this CMS many of satellites, for example www.gaira.ru or www.prochery.ru. Its really good CMS for minisites. I think about translate Zebrum on International English language... What you think, it's good idea?
Also sorry for my English...
