[Need] PHP Programmer

I have a website thats content is updated by javascript (no reloading). I'm looking to put in a movie upload and playing system (using the windows media object).

I want it so when I click on the videos tab, videos are displayed with thumbnails generated with Imagemagik (so the videos have thumbnails that show a frame of the video) and a 'watch' link, when the watch link is pressed the video starts streaming without the page reloading.
