Quick suggestion,
I think a Free Wordpress Themes forum in the Marketplace wouldn't go a miss.

There's a silly amount of threads offering them.

OK there should be 2 forum. One for FREE wordpress themes (where users can find all free wordpress themes as well as members can submit there free wordpress themes.)

Secondly another forum for Wordpress theme buy and sell. (where users can make auction for there wordpress theme. As we all know wordpress theme link sell is a huge business and most popular way to link building on PR3-PR7 sites.)
