JavaScript + Flash/Flex + Web Designer wanted

Hello!

We're looking to hire on a freelance basis a web-developer/flash-developer/flex-developer who have to work close to myself in producing a larger Intranet site for shopping malls.

You are passionate about what you are doing and very able to speak and write English (or Swedish) fluently. Preferably you should have a web-cam so we can communicate as close to reality as possible, because of the importance of good team communication. We need you to be a good coder; because in order to create dynamic web sites you must know it even if your main area is Flash/Flex.

I assume you know Web Standards/JavaScript and XmlHttpRequest and JSON/CSS/Web Services/UML and graphic design to some extent in your environment.
