I want to change my Paypal account from a business account to a premier account. After searching 'change account type' in the help center it gives me one article:
Q: I have a Business account, but I would prefer a Premier account. How do I change my account type?
A: To change your account type from Business to Premier, contact Customer Service by completing the following steps:
Here's how:
Log in to your account.
Click the Contact Us link.

I do this (by email), and follow the categories the following way:
My Account > Change Account Type
and as my summary sentence I put
I want to change my business account to a personal account.

Then when I click continue it says:
Our records indicate this account is already a Premier or Business account.
|
Makes no sense...the help center article states you can downgrade.
Am I missing something? Anyone know a way round it without ringing up?
