  Old  Username change requests

As we have made a motion for user titles to be set by the users themselves in their own profile control panel we will only be taking requests for user name changes.

The same rules apply for user name changes, the changing of a name is limited to available names, bold and or colors are reserved for staff.

Changes will be made promptly, however do not fret if it's not done asap. We have many things on the go more pertinent than user names that need updating.
