Old  Word of Warning - Adsense.

Just a little word of warning in regards to Adsense. MySpace bulletins are not allowed as a form of advertising on a website that displays Adsense ads.

Hello Scott,

Thanks for following up with us. For clarification, we do consider
advertising through MySpace bulletins to be unsolicited mass emails. We
kindly request that you discontinue advertising in this manner for any
sites that display Google ads.

Sincerely,

Sandor
The Google AdSense Team

Crazy, they accept you as a friend so they're not unsolicited.

To get around it divert traffic on it's way in (ie point them to a page without adsense and then divert to the adsense page straight away)

Funnily enough, that's what I have been doing. It goes to a counter, then redirects to my adsense website :S
