I can sell you the script I use for my site and skin it to that template, but it wont be cheap (mid xxx) semi unique (I will keep it with my site, I otherwise wont sell it again unless it is the site being sold).

In the admin panel, you can add advertiser's, add admins, add advertiser admins, view the members, view the uploaded images.. etc etc.

I'll sell you the script at http://www.smartupload.net/ which includes a win32 admin panel which sits nicely on your desktop or by the clock and automatically updates uploaded file list -- also allows you to add and remove allowed files and customise all the messages that appear on the site.

It doesn't reload upon upload of a file. Remembers all of your uploaded files for that particular session. Uses AJAX to email notifications to friends, and to delete, and to copy the link, too. Boasts an AJAX extension viewer.

Any additions or modifications will be happily taken on by me to your every desire. Very different from all those cliché image upload sites you see everywhere these days.

Open to any such offers on this script from anyone at all. It's very easy to skin and is coded to a high PHP and XHTML tableless standard by myself.
