When will TF be accepting advertising again?

I'm planning to launch an advertising campaign soon, and TF is one of the sites that I want to advertise on, but I see its not currently accepting advertising - does anyone know when it will?

You will have to ask Big Zee. We can actually accept advertisers now but it's still hooked upto my paypal so that needs to be changed first.
