Why's the pages .html?
I was wondering why all the pages are .html?
SEO?

I think vBulletin allows you to chose what extension you want to use (Mod ReWrite), I suppose since it was open to choice tf went for .html (for seo).

Actually a hack within vBulletin somewhat allows you to do this, TF I believe uses a hack available at daniweb.com. There's a plugin available; vBSEO which specializes in this kind of thing, written for vBulletin 3.5, very sexy I may add.

Well when I installed vBulletin 3.5.3 it said something about extensions :\, i chose .php..

You can choose out of a range of extentions that your server uses for PHP scripts. HTML files are a choice, however that's not quite the same as the hack TF has installed The hack transforms system URLs to 'pretty' URLs for SEO, easier linking etc.
