  Old  Newbie, please advice,simple contract

Hi, this is my first post

As a web designer I know how important it is to have a contract, however the one that I was using was full of legal jargon and quite long and intense.
Hense for a lot of clients it was too much to take in, so basically I have hardly ever used it, and so far, I have been lucky, all my clients have been great, but I know there will come a time when I will kick myself for not using one.

If anyone has one, they would be willing to share, that would be much appreciated, I'm just looking for something quite simple

Thanks In Advance

Leah

Hi there leah, you can download my contract from the link NeiL provided.

It's around 9 pages, so it's not small. I have not had any problems with clients over this contract. They all agree it's important, and none mind the depth of the contract. I have used this for 2 page websites, up to over 100 page websites.
