Arcade Site Design/Coding

Name of the contest: Image Hosting Site Design/Coding
Deadline: 25th of the month (may extend if people need more time)
Prize/Delivery method: $100 paid through paypal

Contest brief: I require a template for my new image hosting site located at (PM ME FOR WEBSITE NAME). The software we are running for the site will be either the celeron script or the custom script located at http://www.aokhut.com/img/ . The coding of the design should be compatible with this. The design will not need to be coded until the winning design is chosen, this is for times sake, i wouldn't want someone to code a full design and not get picked!! If you cannot code, i will accept JUST PSD files for exceptional designs. The prize is currently set to $100, i may increase this if people think it is too low or the designs are really good. I will also do trades such as domains, hosting e.t.c in return for the design, if you do not need the money.

Colours: I would like a fresh and bright feeling to the community. I really like the colour theme on http://www.illsendit.com, a mixture of these colours and variant shades of them would be awesome! However i would also like to see some variation in colours, maybe some darker shades would also look very cool!
