Old  My new template shop (updated)

I launched my shop and really need some feedback about what can I improve... I would appreciate any comments.

www.tarawebdesigns.com

After few "boo's" I'm trying to give it a face lift:
Draft which I'm working on:

www.test.tarawebdesigns.com

Let me know if I'm going in the right direction, please..

I'd improve the whole design, and the templates :S

Could you be more specific what don't you like? (I'm not talking about products listed - those are my first prototypes and will go soon to the free section)

Try comparing this; http://www.tarawebdesigns.com/

With any site from http://www.cssmania.com

Design wise i'd say there is a lot to learn. Do you use photoshop?

Regarding your site; its not necessarily the structure of the site, but how you've used the effects and such simply dont go together. You've used really dark colors, except for the white parts on the scroll bar. It all needs defining properly.

The header is what needs the most work. It looks 'tacky.'

I was thinking about the replies and started working on improving my site.
The draft is:
www.test.tarawebdesigns.com

It's still being worked on.

Any comments (constructive) would be appreciated.
