Both nice, and very developable imo.
Develope them both, and I am sure you are going to make some more than the 8.88$ (or where you registered them )

If they get developed i cant see why they won't make atleast low $$$, maybe i'm wrong but it's my honest opinion.

i thought of a technology news site but it needs lots of work.

techsite.org is a very good brandable domain, imo it would get High xx / low xxx undeveloped.

I like them both, I think techsite.org is better though I reckon mid $xx.
