If you want to go dedicated, go with softlayer. They are one of the best.

Look into a VPS, it's like a dedicated server but not as powerful.

Check out http://trexhost.com I've been using them for awhile and it's great. Very affordable too.

I want to get a domain registration & host my home based business website on any good server. I also want to have website building & designing tools available on that site so that I can design my own website.
I saw godaddy.com but I am not sure about it.
Please advice & guide me.

Emmy, a sitebuider is often offered in hosts' plans, it's all about your preferences. Say Websitematic from Soholaunch is offered in *********.com plans.
