Help finding a proxy host

Can anyone help me find a good/reliable host that will host a proxy site? I think I may have a couple of hosts in mind but not to sure as my last host wasn't that reliable.

wrong place buddy.

also, never heard of them, which isnt good, a big user known base is what you wanna look for, not something thats cheap and never heard of.
