Free Coded Proxy

I'm learning how to code in PHProxy, and I finished this and thought someone might be able to make some use of it. It's up to you what you do with it. It's nothing special, and the coding may be a bit messed up but it looks ok in Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera. So yeah, use it for what you need it for.
