(WIP) Wordpress Design

Well this is my first Wordpress design, I have worked about 3 hours on it. I am a little stuck on the header let me know what you guys think of the design so far and give me some input and recomendations for the header, thanks

Sidebar's too big in comparison to the rest of the site.

Looks good so far, the sidebar is way too big.
