No offense but everyone is voting for the same person because the person that posted before them has voted for that certain someone. Once someone starts up a name it goes over and over because they cant think of a person.
Heres a thought how about the staff pick the member of the month. They get to really see who deserves it. You have members that just signed up and saying "yea he deserves it" but how do they know?
