  Old  Site speed

I read somewhere that recently Google introduced another factor they consider to rank a website. It's the loading speed of the website. It means choosing the right hosting server should be part of your SEO efforts. Have you anticipated it?

This should be included a long time ago. Slow-loading sites are really a bummer and there are times when I use the second website because the first website on Google loads forever.

Is Your Site At Risk? Probably not. Currently, fewer than 1% of search queries are affected – and this is only for visitors searching in English on Google.com.

The bottom line is that if your site is slow it would be better if it was faster but the speed issue is only one of many ranking factors. All things being equal (which they never are) if 2 sites have the same content links etc. and one was slower than the other then the other then the slower site may rank lower.
