  Old  Stepping down

Hi everyone,

I've decided to leave my staff position on Talkfreelance in light of recent events, it's unfortunate it's come to this but I simply don't agree with staff decisions and the way things are currently being done around here.

I really hope that Talkfreelance doesn't go down the pan now, Big Zee please take onboard what i've said to you in the PM's.

I'll still be around from time to time, but it's time to move on and do new things!

Thanks for everyone who joined the forum when I took over, thanks to everyone who has contributed and helped and thanks to all the moderators and staff who spent so many hours working for free! Without all you guys, this place wouldn't even exist.

Regards,
Robson.

This will be a great loss to the community in my opinion.

Sad to see you leave on such terms Rob, but best of luck in whatever you do.

A very big loss to this community, I understand why you are leaving and I had a feeling it would happen. Robson I would like to know that now your a regular member I still respect you as an admin, and that will never change. This community will greatly struggle, robson was the backbone for a while. - I have more to post just its not worth it (about this community suffering and why). But Robson, PLEASE keep us updated on your blog, I read it all the time even if I've read the post 100 times!

This is a very sad day for tf. They have themselves to blame for pushing Rob away and I greatly believe this was the wrong this to do. You brought me to this community nearly 2 years ago and I witnessed it grow and progress into a striving forum. However, recently I have seen it go down hill caused by a number of bad decisions at the top.

The think that Big Zee should have put more trust in Robson, more then anyone else, as in my opinion he is the only person who can truly keep tf afloat.

I have no idea what the plan is: they banned the first owner and now have pushed Robson into stepping down.

I think tf will see a decrease in activity shortly, as I for one don’t think I will be staying much longer.

I will greatly miss you being an admin Rob and I think the forum will to.

It's very sad to see you leave Robson, it's a shame it had to come to this. You've been a great admin to this site! I wish you well in the future, and I'll see you on MSN sometime
