Agreed on the banner, I can mess around with some free concepts if you'd like.. I love the concept of the template anyway.

I think "improving" the banner isn't necessary. The main goals for this design were:
- Ease of Use
- Fast Loading
- SEO Friendly
- Professional
The last thing it needs is somebody to go over it with whored and useless effects
