Im pretty sure Microsoft word would have a pre built template for a resume

im sure someone posted up a little article of creating a CV and it showed his along with it (think it might have been taurn hari?) could give you a good idea, will have to do a little search for it though

how you format it is up to you. they're usualy arranged in that order, but there's no standard.

Here's my resume...it's old but you may be able to get some ideas from it.

None of my current work is in it as I am not looking for a job.

nope not that one but that one could be very helpfull too

Microsoft Publisher has Resume Templates that are pretty good and pro-like.

well word even has resume templates. you should be able to get some ideas from there.
