Definitely WordPress! I haven't used Drupal in forever, nor Joomla. But never really cared for Joomla too much though anyway... I guess; to each their own.

And Santa, HTML isn't a CMS (unless it's a completed and functional html CMS site). You must have your mind on Christmas, hence not thinking clearly...

It is so a CMS, how else does Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, and all the other CMS's output their code?

And I meant the front-end code, not PHP

Hence why I said, "unless it's a completed and functional html CMS site", but even then, most of those are powered by XHTML and not HTML. But I guess you can argue that till the cows come home. Oh! they're home! LOL!

I like wordpress, but when doing gaming sites I like to use one called gameCMS. It was custom build for gamers obviously and is really damn good. I found it very hard to code with it at first, but that because I was new to php; but now I manage.

He also provides tutorials for it now I believe.

Hi,

Joomla is ok if you simply look it as a CMS. But in Joomla, if you want to make that better you need to buy things.

For example, there are not better free SEO url converters for Joomla. There are some free ones. But they are database based and error prone to 404 pages.

Joomla content does not have better pinging ability and by default core it does not have commenting feature.

For now , i like wordpress very much. Actually i am a big fan of Joomla too. Suppose if a client requires simply site that does not require commenting, but want to keep good urls like domain.com/this-is-contact-page.html then wp is better i think.

Best Regards,

MR Vijaya
