TILT: How to Stop Feeling Bad About Using Tables for Layout and Start Enjoying Your Markup

I found this artcle a couple of days later after sending an e-mail to
the Markup Validation Service in regards to the changes made in
validating CSS. You have to upload the CSS to a server to check
it. Why is beyond me. Then CSS that should be valid comes up
with errors leaving you scratching your head as to why?

Know replies to this post. Some of the information on here
is from people who have been doing this a while and presents
interesting comments. If tables are bad why not just eliminate
them? If HTML is so bad just get rid of it Right!

No way. There is no need to eliminate tables. They are VERY useful. In some cases better than css. Such as sorting data... I still use them in my CSS coded sites, however the important thing is that the site isn't layed out w/ tables, it just uses them for sorting, etc. So techinically these sites are still tableless.
