Not really, they just politically disagree with you (so they must be stupid, right?). Many people hate fox enough to make up crap about it, this wouldn't be the first time I've seen it happen.

A picture posted on create-a-blog site is not substantiation to call it legitimate. That would be like getting the latest on Iraq from a freewebs site; it has literally zero credibility. Present that as evidence in any sort of formal debate or presentation and you will be laughed at.
Fox is hated with an undying passion by the rest of the media (and those who are spoon fed from it) because it presents news from a right wing standpoint. It is not that Fox is crap, they just aren't left enough for the other media companies to tolerate.

I'm trying to find proof. However, I really wouldn't be surprised if they mentioned it, as I think I have seen clips from FOX that discuss both Obamas name sounding like 'Osama' and his middle name being Hussein.
