antiorder is on a distinguished road

Old  A question for webdesigners/programmers who do "login" sites!

I am a webdesigner and I am being asked to design a site which has an open-style page with a portfolio and such for a Model Photographer. That I am used to doing, but he also wants a login section for models so they can go in and view the images of them and such. I was going to add in a simple messanger service between models maybe with basic profiles or something.

This type of PHP and programming and website design all put together would cost how much? A guestimation, ballpark, or range would be extremely helpful!

And also, how much would it usually cost to outsource that kind of PHP coding?
