WTS Abondened Sitepoint kind of project.. short auction

Im looking to sell a project i started but i have lost my interest in it, the site was supposed to be a SitePoint kind of thing with,

Articles (where people can upload articles, kind of a article directory)
eBooks (Sell ebooks or why not let writes sell their ebooks and take a % of it)
Scripts (Sell script or let coders sell theis scripts and take a % of it)
Tutorials (well it what it says, let people write tutorials and post it here)
Kits (You can sell your own kits with scripts/templates or what ever after you buy reseller rights)
Tools (admin tools)
Directory (is what it says it is)
Marketplace (is what it says it is)
Freelance (a freelance section like GAF or something)
Forums (is what it says it is)


The scripts for
Articles, Directory (PhpLD $30).
Marketplace (PHP Probid license $162.71)
Forums (vbulletin, Active owned license expires May 02nd '09)

The site was never developed fully so the new owner needs to finalize it, all/some the scripts needs to be installed and configured so they use same database for the user information/password and some new scripts will be needed. This of course if the new owner wants to do it as i was planning, its up to the buyer.. The site is

the rest needs to be designed still. I have a script creator thats selling scripts online (not via forums), he was prepared to work with me so i can ask him if the new owner wants me to, so you can sell his scripts and he can customize the scripts to fit your needs..

What you will get with this is the domain and all the scripts licenses listed above together with the forum template license.. There is no revenue obviously since the site is not even finished..

Bids above $100 is accepted and i reserve my self to cancel the auction since it will be listed in other forums to. Any good offers can make this auction to end any time. Auction will end latest 21st of April.
