1.) You said you were suing him which means you spent money on your "lawyer" to deal with the situation
2.) Then you said you talked to his mummy/daddy and whined like a little baby to them about this so-called problem you had with him and your files.

So which story are you sticking with? You just posted "I contacted his parents, and they paid me for him ripping the design." If they reimbursed you, you can't continue with filing a claim against him.

Why do you keep mentioning that you're suing him. If he's not of legal age to be sued, then you shouldn't be mentioning it even after the fact that you said you had been reimbursed by his mom and dad.
