No, it's built into the hardware. It's available on O2 only, because they produce it...

Also, because it's contract, he'd have to pay the contract termination fee to have it as just a phone, and that would be around £300 - plus the cost of the phone originally...

I got an LG prada yesterday, looks stunning. Not sure if they do that in Pakistan and I'm not sure if you can afford it as I'm not at all familiar with Rs.
