very nice, just the white bar along the top gives an uneasy feel and the white bar to the right seems to make the site feel unbalanace maybe change the white to the right for a darker colour or maybe center the site up so you have the white both sides.
the google ad's under the navigation pushed my buttons too far, take them ones out, and just leave the site bar ones, too many ads to me scream " i'm only running this website for the adsense money".
