if you're main concern is why you're getting more visitors, i would do more research on SEO and implement the techniques.

i think you need to be more specific in your niche market. most dating sites' are focused on just being dating sites and offer tools to that end. however, your site seems to be a combination of a social website with dating attached. you need to ask yourself, what does your site do differently than the competition and why should people go to your site and sign up for an account.

another thing that stood out is that you have a google ad right smack in the middle of the content. that breaks the users' eye skimming through your text, if they're even skimming at all. ads should be off center and to the side.

the font used is also incredibly small and I stopped reading what you had to say very quickly.

Not too bad, but i think that you could spend more time on a design, the main page looks too pure, and a gradient background for the header is a main weakness of the site. Also, when you choose one of the buttons on the homepage there is no "back" button/link that could forward a user back to the place he/she started browsing.

The layout does not look like a whole thing, but it looks like it has been sliced into the pieces and put together with huge spaces between the parts.

It would be a good thing to make "comments" and "rating" clickable so users could see what kind of site they would like to visit.
