Just header shows...

On LinkCheap if you view it on IE 6/7 you can only see the header and that's it. Can anyone help out, it's something about the code...

there is also 2 blank frame errors, i'd get rid of the frames all together.
i'd start cleaning that up, and simplifying. do you make a lot of $$ off this? it looks like a link farm or something.
