  Old  Web Developer Needed for part time position

I need someone to work 5 hours(starting at the same time each day ) a day Monday-Friday . Person will assists me to complete a range of web development projects . Must be available via Skpye during the 5 hours each day .

Php/Mysql -Advanced Level - ( custom scripts and medication )
Html - Advanced Level (hand coding without use of WYSIWYG editors if needed)
Css - Advanced level (table less designs )
Os commerce -Intermediate Level ( Install templates, adding products )
Flash - Intermediate Level (action scripting - mo)
Joomla - Basic Levels (content editing, install components , modules , and templates)if you can convert PSD's to joomla templates I will pay you more money .
Photoshop - Intermediate Level (slicing and basic photo editing )

You can't sub contract any of the task and Payments via PayPal weekly (every Friday) for the first 3 weeks then after I will pay you on the 1st and 15th of every month .

My budget is $4 - $10 per hour . if you are not willing to work within this price frame please don't reply . I will make a final decision on Thursday

A majority of the time, they produce very good work as well. I've never done that before though, but I've heard a lot of things about their work.

We have less commitments and our cost of living is far less then you guys from developed world...

My average family expenses is just $100 to $150 per month ( 2adults +2kids) where you spend the same or double for a single meal...

I can list lot of Indians who does incredible jobs, there are always pro and cons whether he is Indian or an American freelancer for that matter...

I post this not for any argument, as a Indian its my duty to respond when insulted...
