yeah they are great, just had prob with a script (my fult) phoned em up he found the prob and went a head and fixed it for me right away.

**** brius man your not even first page google for zune anymore that must be costing you revenue. they just screwed hours and hours of work to get to page 1 cause one of the 2 young lads who own it were probably at a college party or something :S

MediaTemple has had some hiccups lately with the (gs). The MySQL servers aren't routing correctly, causing intermittent lose of connection. Performance is very nice other than that.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for, if your planning on unning a large site that needs real top service and 24/7 support then you have to pay for that. Small hosting companies are there for people that don't require that and so don't want to pay for it.

the site isnt THAT big, and really....brius could have handled it if they just did what they said they would, and auto-upgraded his account.
