You have had 3 great years of service and they make a few errors now and they "suck"? I think you're being a little harsh on them...see what they have to say and how they handle the situation, mistakes are made even with the best companies.

Jesus, 60 minutes! I am currently using UKReg for my domains and, *fingers crossed* I will never have to call tech support.

Are you sure they are even open? It's after 6 (generally speaking that's when tech support ends) they might have just whacked on the answer machine.

Interesting, look what I found on their website "You agree that UKREG is not obliged to offer telephone support as part of your agreement."

well you get redirected to fasthost support panel. there you have a list of contact numbers. i phoned it.

i killed the battery on the phone and just quickly caled them back and theres 6 people in the que.

and theres no mention of them saying "oh sorry customer services are now closed"

Customer services

Our Customer Services team will be happy to help you with any enquiries about your Fasthosts or UKreg account, including billing information.
Our advisors are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Email customerservices@fasthosts.co.uk or call 0870 888 3700.
and they dont say on the message saying "if you are a uk reg customer you cannot get support here"

and in there support page it says this

if they shut at 6 why are there people still in the que and why are they letting through more calls.

If you dont want to be in this situation again use registerfly.com - maybe a tiny bit more expensive (However you dont have to pay for a phonecall) but the customer service is 10/10 and Instant over the net!!
