[Looking] Create a single "page" within Wordpress framework

Looking for someone to create/design a single "page" within Wordpress based site.

It's just mainly text..so mainly formatting issues.

Ideally.. looking for a talented designer who can work with me for long term.
Must be proficient with css/xhtml, photoshop. Wordpress and maybe some php/mysql skills.

Please include the price for this simple work.
