need developer asap (web/adsense)

I need to complete a project very soon and its regarding a complete setup for my website.

index page will hold a basic logo & design, below will have a search bar and below the search needs to display 2 news feeds.

Can provide graphics for design, mainly interested in someone who has worked with adsense and knows it very well. I also need someone who knows html, css and php for the programming.

There will be other pages and more content on this website/project. I'm interested in ideas on what else can be placed on this website (content wise).

This project needed to be completed last week. This is a paying job. Please do not contact me unless you have GOOD examples of your work!
